Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a man from Rajouri having travel history to Kashmir was in quarantine center at Thanamandi and his samples were sent to Jammu a few days ago. " The sample report have been received and he has been tested positive," said officials. " Today a fresh positive case was reported from Rajouri. Person has travel history to Kashmir and is under Administrative Quarantine," Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Sher Singh said.
